Yadanicca Sutta

1. Yadanicca Sutta.– The aggregates are impermanent, what is impermanent is suffering, and what is suffering is void of self. Thus does the Noble Disciple comprehend things. S.iii.22.

2. Yadanicca Sutta.– A series of discourses on the three characteristics regarding internal phenomena of the past (Ajjhattātīta Yadanicca Sutta), future (Ajjhattānāgata°), and present (Ajjhattapaccuppanna°). There are similar series of discourses on external phenomena.

The eye is impermanent (anicca), it is unsatisfactory (dukkha) and not-self (anatta), whether of the past, present, or future, so also are objects of sight. It is the same with all other senses. S.iv.152 ff.
