SÄraṇīya Sutta
1. SÄraṇīya Sutta.- A king must remember where he was born, where he was anointed, and where he won a battle. A monk must remember where he was ordained, where he realised the four Noble Truths, and where he attained Arahantship. A.i.106f. 2. Paá¹hama SÄraṇīya SuttÄ.- Six things that a monk should bear in mind whether alone or among others — kind actions, speech, nd thoughts, sharing whatever he gets, observing the training rules without any defects, and maintaining the Noble view (ed.).
