1. Punabbasu. A young Yakkha (S.i.210). He became a Stream-winner (SA.i.239). See PunabbasumÄtÄ.
2. Punabbasu. One of the group of six monks (
ChabbaggiyÄ). His followers were called PanabbasukÄ, and, together with the followers of Assaji, they were called Assaji PunabbasukÄ (q.v.)
