Pubbakoṭṭhaka Sutta

The Buddha, while staying at Pubbakoṭṭhaka in Sāvatthi, asks Sāriputta if he believes that the five controlling facuties (indriya) if cultivated, lead to the deathlessness.

Sāriputta answers that he not only believes it, but has actually realised and understood it by insight. S.v.220f.
