1. ParisÄ Sutta.- On the three companies: eminent (aggavatÄ«), discordant (vaggÄ), harmonious (samaggÄ). (ed.) (A.i.242)

3. ParisÄ Sutta.- On the eight assemblies: warriors (khattiya), priests (brÄhmaṇa), householders (gahapati), recluses (samaṇa), gods of the Four Great Kings (CÄtummahÄrÄjika), gods of the Thirty-Three (TÄvatiṃsa), MÄra and Brahma. The Buddha visits them all and teaches them. A.iv.307f.
