Coḷagaṅga
1. Coḷagaá¹…ga.- A Damiḷa chief of South India, subdued by Laá¹…kÄpura (Cv.lxxvi.121). He was then put to rule over the district of Parittikkuṇá¸i. Ibid., lxxvii.8.
2. Coḷagaá¹…ga.- King of Sri Lanka (1196-7 A.C.). He was the son of King Nissanka’s sister. He slew VikkamabÄhu III. and reigned for nine months. He was then deposed by the general Kitti and his eyes were put out. Cv.lxxx.29ff
