AnurÄrÄma
A monastery to the north of MahÄgÄma in South Sri Lanka, built by King Vasabha, who also bestowed on it one thousand karÄ«sa of land in the village of HeḷigÄma (Mhv.xxxv.83; MT.652).
In VohÄratissa’s time the Thera MahÄtissa lived there (Mhv.xxxvi.30). King Vasabha also built an uposatha hall for the vihÄra (Mhv.xxxvi.37).
